Payment terms are defined in your partner agreement. Land partner compensation follows the agreed revenue-share or fixed structure. Crew compensation is based on the defined scope of work. Approved reimbursements require prior authorization and submitted documentation (receipts + description). Payments are processed according to the agreed monthly cycle. Delays in documentation will delay reimbursement.

Land Partners are responsible for providing and maintaining the land according to HAVN’s infrastructure, safety, and branding requirements. This includes utilities access, local compliance, site upkeep, and coordination with local authorities when required. Crew Members are responsible for daily operational excellence on-site — including housekeeping coordination, light maintenance, quality checks, and ensuring each guest stay meets HAVN standards. Both roles share responsibility for protecting the guest experience, brand integrity, and operational consistency.
