Welcome to the HAVN Partner Community. By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Partner") and HAVN.

Professional Standard & Safety Override: The Master Files define the HAVN Standard of Excellence. Partners must execute all tasks in accordance with these SOPs. However, in the event of a conflict between an SOP and local safety regulations (e.g., Arbejdsmiljøloven in Denmark, Arbeidsmiljøloven in Norway, or Arbejdsmiljøloven in Sweden) or an immediate site hazard, the Partner must prioritize immediate physical safety and local law, notifying HAVN Operations immediately.
Access & Conduct: Access is granted exclusively to authorized HAVN partners. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and ensuring all submitted documentation (maintenance/cleaning logs) is accurate and truthful.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality: All content, including "Guest-Ready" standards, technical manuals, and HAVN Experience guides, is the proprietary intellectual property of HAVN. Materials are provided solely for HAVN-related business and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for non-HAVN projects without express written consent.
Media & Data Ownership: Any photos, videos, or logs uploaded to document property status, maintenance, or "Guest-Ready" checks become the property of HAVN for quality assurance, insurance documentation, and operational records.
2026 Operational Tech: Users acknowledge that manual property data may be supplemented by automated site sensors (e.g., noise, occupancy, or utility sensors) to verify site safety and status.
Liability & Governing Law: To the extent permitted by law, HAVN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from site downtime. This agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the specific HAVN property is located (Sweden, Denmark, or Norway), and any disputes shall be settled in the local district court.
