This includes Identity Data (name, professional contact details), Operational Logs (task timestamps, "Guest-Ready" completions), and Communication Data (queries submitted through the portal).
    

3. Data Usage & Retention: Data is used to coordinate property management, verify safety standards, and facilitate communication. Professional logs are stored for the duration of the partnership and for a period thereafter as required by local statute of limitations for liability and insurance purposes.
    

4. Data Sharing & Security: We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with internal HAVN teams and relevant third-party contractors tied to your specific site. We employ industry-standard encryption to protect all operational data.
