PriceLabs continuously analyzes market conditions and sends updated prices directly to Guesty. This ensures that pricing, availability, and booking rules remain aligned across all platforms.

PriceLabs uses machine learning models that evaluate both historical trends and real-time signals, including:
Local demand and supply from comparable listings
Seasonality, weekdays vs weekends, and booking lead time
Upcoming holidays and major local events
Booking pace and length-of-stay patterns
Based on this analysis, prices are adjusted automatically - often daily - to reflect current demand. When demand is high, prices increase to capture value. When demand softens, prices adjust to remain competitive and protect occupancy.
